Onim (AlmaStars Group, sole proprietorship) respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains what we store, how to have it deleted, and what happens to data obtained through connected Threads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts.
When you connect an account, Onim stores an encrypted access token together with the account identifier, username and profile picture — that is all we need to publish on your behalf. We do not store copies of your posts: a published post lives in your profile on that network.
There are three ways to remove it, and all of them work:
When deletion is requested through Meta, we return a confirmation code and a status page at https://api-my.onim.app/data-deletion/<code> where you can check that the request was completed.
Access tokens for connected accounts are erased immediately when you disconnect or when the network tells us the app was removed. Full deletion of the account and related personal data is completed within 30 days of the request. Backups are purged within 90 days. Once deleted, data cannot be restored.
Exception. Records of transactions that we are required to keep under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (tax and accounting requirements) are retained to the minimum extent for the periods set by law and then deleted. Such data is not used for any other purpose.
Once the request is processed we send a confirmation to the contact you used (email or Telegram). Requests that come from Meta are confirmed by the code and status page described above.
