These terms are the public offer of AlmaStars Group (sole proprietorship) — “the Platform”, “Onim” — and set out the conditions for using the online selling platform (goods and services, subscriptions and courses, orders and bookings). They apply together with the Privacy Policy.
Onim provides sellers — experts, shops, restaurants, practitioners and others (“the Seller”) — with software for selling online: a storefront for goods and services, payment acceptance, customer, order, booking and subscription management, and sales automation using artificial intelligence. Sales run through the Seller’s storefront, Telegram and other connected channels.
Registering on the Platform and starting to use the services constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy.
Using the Platform is free of charge. The Seller pays the Platform a commission: from 1% of each payment confirmed by receipt (any bank or payment service, any currency), and 5% for payments accepted by card acquiring — from the moment that method becomes technically available on the Platform; the acquiring commission includes the acquiring bank’s fee and the Platform’s fee. Money from the buyer goes to the Seller directly — the Platform is not part of the settlement; the commission is accounted for separately in the Seller’s reporting. The Platform’s commission is non-refundable, because the Platform’s technical service (accepting and confirming payment, granting access or creating the order or booking) is rendered at the moment of the transaction. Refunds to buyers are made by the Seller from the funds received, in the amount required by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and, where not contrary to it, by the Seller’s own refund terms. No commission is charged when there are no sales.
The Platform supports the following payment method: bank transfer to the Seller’s own payment details, confirmed by a receipt — the buyer transfers the amount to the Seller through their banking app and submits the receipt. The Platform recognises the receipt (AI recognition) and checks the details; once payment is confirmed the buyer is granted access to the product, usually automatically. Some receipts may undergo additional, including manual, review; in that case access is granted after it is complete.
Funds go directly to the Seller’s account. Onim does not hold buyers’ funds, is not an intermediary in settlements and is not a payment agent. The Seller is solely responsible for paying taxes on the income received.
Personal data of users who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan is hosted and processed on the infrastructure of the Kazakhstani cloud provider PS Cloud Services (PS Internet Company LLP), whose data centres are located in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This follows Article 12 of the Law “On Personal Data and Its Protection” No. 94-V of 21 May 2013. Details are in the Privacy Policy, section 5.
The Platform is not liable for the content of the Seller’s products, the quality of the services the Seller provides, disputes between the Seller and buyers, or losses caused by the actions of third parties.
The Platform may change these terms with at least 7 days’ notice to Sellers. Continuing to use the services after the changes take effect means acceptance of them. Previous versions are available on request.
The Seller may stop using the Platform at any time. The Platform may restrict access if these terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes not settled by negotiation are heard by the court at the location of AlmaStars Group.
