The Onim Platform (SaaS)
An online sales platform for subscriptions, online courses, digital and physical goods, and services with booking, sold through the Seller’s storefront, Telegram and other connected channels. The Seller workspace is my.onim.app. Sellers who have not moved to it yet work in the Onim Telegram workspace (@onimappbot).
Registration is free. There is no subscription fee and there are no paid plans
The paid items are the sales commission, tokens (AI features, domains, the marketplace) and the other services on this list. Paid Platform plans purchased before 7 October 2026 remain in effect until the end of the paid period on their previous terms; new plans are not sold. A refund for the unused period of such a plan is made on application to support, in the cases and amounts provided for by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On the Seller’s instructions and within the processing described in the Privacy Policy, the Platform may move the data of the Seller and the Seller’s buyers, subscriptions, terms, balances and settings between its workspaces (from the Telegram workspace to the my.onim.app workspace). The Platform notifies each Seller of their switch at least 7 days in advance. Any differences in subscription end dates found during the move are resolved in the buyer’s favour (the later date applies) unless otherwise confirmed.
Accepting payments and the Platform commission
The Platform gives the Seller tools to accept payment to the Seller’s own payment details and payment services: a transfer to the Seller’s details followed by a receipt; an invoice to the Kaspi app from the Seller’s Kaspi Pay, if the Seller has connected a cashier; or another payment service the Seller has connected with their own keys in the Apps section. With these methods the buyer’s money goes directly to the Seller. The Platform does not receive, hold or transfer buyers’ money for Sellers’ products and is not a payment agent for such payments. For card payments through the Platform’s acquiring, from the moment this method becomes technically available to the Seller, the payment is processed by a payment institution: it credits the Seller’s share to the Seller’s account and withholds the Platform commission. Payment for tokens, domains, commission and other Platform services is payment for Onim’s own services, and this money is received into the accounts of AlmaStars Group (sole proprietorship). How buyers pay is described on the “Payment procedure” page.
Automatic confirmation of a Kaspi invoice depends on Kaspi and on the Seller’s connection and is not guaranteed. If no confirmation arrives, the buyer sends the receipt to the bot chat or to the Seller, and the Seller checks it.
Platform commission
For sales paid by buyers and accepted through the Platform, the Seller pays the Platform a commission of 2% of each paid sale. The rate is the same in the my.onim.app workspace and in the Onim Telegram workspace (@onimappbot). No commission is charged for 7 calendar days from the date of the Seller’s first sale paid by a buyer in the relevant workspace (the grace period). If the first paid sale is refunded, disputed or cancelled, the grace period runs from the next paid sale that has not been refunded. An individual rate agreed with the Seller (shown in the Seller’s workspace or confirmed by the Platform in writing, including by email or through @onimappbot) applies instead of the standard rate, and the grace period does not cancel it.
A sale accepted through the Platform is an order that a buyer placed on the Platform (a storefront, website, bot or other connected channel) and that is marked as paid by any means: by receipt, by payment service status or by the Seller’s manual confirmation, including where the money was received outside the Platform. No commission is charged on orders that the Seller creates in the workspace without the buyer’s involvement (manual records).
If a sale is refunded, disputed (chargeback) or cancelled and this is recorded on the Platform, no commission is charged on it and any commission already accrued is reversed. If a commission invoice has already been issued or paid, the amount is credited to the next invoice and is not returned in money. An amount not credited by the time the Seller stops using the Platform is, on the Seller’s written application, credited towards other Platform services, and any remainder is returned in the manner established by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Platform may reinstate the commission if the refund or cancellation is not confirmed.
The commission is paid against a Platform invoice in the manner and within the time limits shown in the workspace; the payment is received into the account of AlmaStars Group. Until an invoice has been issued, accrued commission is not collected. The Platform may issue an invoice later for sales paid after the current rate entered into force; no invoice at this rate is issued for sales paid before that date. Where payment is accepted by bank card through the Platform’s acquiring, from the moment this method becomes technically available to the Seller, a commission of 5% (including the acquiring bank’s fee) is charged instead of the rate above; it is withheld at the moment of payment and also applies during the grace period. Refunds and chargebacks on card payments, including the disputed amount in respect of the Seller’s share and the fees and penalties of the bank and the provider for the dispute, are borne by the Seller under section 4.2 of the Terms. The part of the commission equal to the fees of the acquiring bank and the provider is not reversed on a refund if the provider has not returned it.
The current rates and prices are published on this page, which forms an integral part of the Terms. A new rate enters into force no earlier than 7 calendar days after a new version is published and applies to sales paid after its effective date.
How the rates apply
- Sales paid before a new rate enters into force are subject to the version in force on the date of payment; the Platform does not issue invoices for past periods at the new rate.
- The Seller’s move to my.onim.app takes place on the date when the Platform switches that Seller’s bot and/or payment acceptance to my.onim.app. The Platform notifies the Seller of the date at least 7 days in advance, and the move does not change the commission rate. Each sale is subject to commission only once, in the workspace where it was accepted.
- The method, threshold and deadline for paying a commission invoice are shown in the workspace; the invoice may be sent to the Kaspi app on the Seller’s phone number. If an issued invoice is not paid, the Platform may restrict features step by step after notifying the Seller in advance; orders already paid by buyers are still fulfilled.
- In the Telegram workspace, payment of the balance for a product granted through the Platform with deferred payment, which the Seller has marked in the workspace as received (“Принял деньги”, Money received), is subject to commission whatever the payment method.
Tokens
A token is an internal accounting unit of prepayment for Platform services (an advance payment for Onim services). A token is not money, electronic money or a means of payment, cannot be transferred between users and is not redeemed by the Platform. Purchased tokens are spent only on Platform services: AI features (texts and bot replies, receipt recognition, voice transcription, images, video), domains and the marketplace. On the marketplace, the customer pays for a Platform service in tokens: the customer’s purchased tokens are debited as payment for Platform services and are not passed to the provider, and the Platform credits the provider with earned tokens under its own rules, minus its commission.
Tokens earned in the partner programme and on the marketplace are accounted for separately from purchased ones: they record the remuneration that the Platform credits to a participant for services rendered. Tokens earned on the marketplace are spent only on Platform services inside Onim and cannot be withdrawn as money. Partner programme remuneration is paid out in money only under the rules of the “Payouts of earnings” section, as remuneration from the Platform’s own funds and not as an exchange or redemption of tokens.
1 token = USD 0.01. The token prices of all paid operations are published in one place: the “Onim prices” list in the my.onim.app workspace (Profile › Onim billing › Onim prices). The prices in the list are the same for every Seller and every type of business, and the price of an operation is shown before it runs; this page contains no separate table of operation prices. The Seller may turn off AI features in the workspace at any time. Debits are visible in the token history in the workspace; in case of a discrepancy, the Platform’s operations log prevails until proven otherwise.
Packages: USD 5 = 500 tokens · USD 25 = 3,000 · USD 125 = 17,500 · USD 250 = 40,000
Payment for Platform services is received into the accounts of AlmaStars Group and is accepted only by the methods and to the payment details or invoice shown in the Platform workspace at the time of payment; the recipient is displayed in the banking app before payment. Payment to any other details is not payment for Platform services. When paying in tenge, the amount is calculated at the exchange rate shown in the invoice when it is issued, rounded up; a User from another country pays by the method and in the currency shown in the workspace. There is no recalculation after payment. The Platform issues payment and closing documents in the manner established by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on request to support@onim.app stating the period and the payer’s details.
If a top-up payment is not confirmed automatically, the Seller sends the receipt to support; support checks the payment and either credits the tokens or returns the money. The amount in the Platform invoice is the final amount payable.
- Validity. Purchased and earned tokens do not expire. The Platform may introduce an expiry period only for tokens purchased after the relevant version enters into force. Changes to package prices and the exchange rate do not affect a balance already purchased.
- Bonus tokens. Welcome, bonus and gift tokens (including package bonuses) have no monetary value and are neither refunded nor withdrawn; the Platform may decide which services they can be spent on. The Platform may cancel bonus tokens obtained in breach of the rules (several accounts of one person, fictitious actions, abuse of a promotion), as well as a package bonus where payment for the package is refunded or disputed.
- Refunds. Purchased tokens are payment for Platform services, and the Seller may use them with no time limit. Therefore money for purchased tokens, including unused ones, is not refunded, and tokens cannot be exchanged for money or withdrawn. Exceptions: cases expressly provided for by law; an erroneous payment; a duplicate payment of the same invoice or package. The Platform refunds an erroneous or duplicate payment on application to support, up to the unspent balance of the tokens from that payment, and those tokens are cancelled. Welcome, bonus and gift tokens are never refunded. Where a refund is made, the amount is calculated from the amount actually paid for the package, in proportion to the unused purchased tokens of that package; the package bonus is not included in the calculation. Confirmed costs of the refund (the payment service fee) are deducted from the refund amount where the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan permits. The refund is made by the same method as the payment, to the payer’s details. If a token payment is refunded or disputed with the bank or payment service, the tokens are cancelled in proportion to the refunded amount, and tokens already spent become a debt. Bank or payment service fees and penalties for the dispute are added to the debt. Until it is repaid, the Platform may suspend paid features and set the debt off against future top-ups, earned tokens and amounts payable.
- Erroneous debits. In case of a failure or a wrong price, the Platform returns excess tokens to the balance or charges the shortfall at the actual cost, with a note in the history. The Seller may dispute a debit through support, and the Platform checks it against the operations log. Compensation is made in tokens unless the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan requires otherwise.
- Negative balance. Some operations are performed even when the balance is insufficient (receipt recognition, reversal of a top-up after the tokens were spent), so the balance may become negative. A negative balance is the Seller’s debt for services already rendered (1 token = USD 0.01). It is repaid from the next top-up and from earned tokens, and the Platform may set it off against amounts payable and restrict AI features until it is repaid.
- Zero balance. When the token balance is zero, only AI features are paused. Payment acceptance, granting access and renewal of the Seller’s customers’ subscriptions do not stop, in the my.onim.app workspace and in the Telegram workspace alike. In the my.onim.app workspace, receipt recognition may continue even at a zero balance, in which case the balance becomes negative (see “Negative balance”). A receipt that was not recognised automatically is confirmed by the Seller manually.
AI features
AI features are paid in tokens (see “Tokens”).
- The AI assistant is a software tool of the Seller. It may be turned on in the workspace by default; the Seller may turn it off at any time or switch it to draft mode (in the my.onim.app workspace). The assistant answers buyers on the Seller’s behalf based on the data the Seller has entered. Its answers are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. The Seller is responsible to buyers for the assistant’s answers in the same way as for the answers of their own staff.
- Texts, images, websites, posts and documents suggested by the Platform’s AI are drafts: the Seller reviews them before publishing and is responsible for what is published as their own. Seller documents (an offer, refund terms, a policy) produced with the Platform’s tool are a template based on the Seller’s data, not legal advice; the Seller checks, completes and publishes them in their own name. The Seller is the operator of their buyers’ personal data and is responsible for the completeness and lawfulness of their documents, including information about the services they have connected and cross-border data transfers. The Platform is not responsible for the content of the Seller’s documents, including those created from a template. Auto-posting and auto-replies on social networks are turned on by the Seller, and the Platform may stop them in response to complaints.
- The Platform may restrict, delay, move to drafts or replace with a neutral phrase any assistant answers that promise monetary terms or touch on prohibited topics, and may temporarily turn off the assistant in response to complaints. The Seller labels AI-generated content where the law or the platform in question requires it.
- The Seller may create images, video and voice of real people only with their consent. Only the Seller’s own voice, or a voice whose owner has given written consent, may be cloned.
- The Seller publishes only genuine reviews from real buyers, with their consent, and truthful figures. The Seller replaces or removes the samples inserted by the website builder before publishing. The Platform may hide a review or a figure in response to a complaint.
The rights and obligations of the parties are described in detail in the Terms of Service.
Storefront address and domains
The storefront address onim.app/<username> is provided to the Seller free of charge for as long as they use the Platform. After a username change or the deletion of the website, the former address may be given to another user once a period has passed; the Platform states this period in the workspace at the time of the change or deletion. The Seller updates their own links, QR codes and advertising, and the Platform is not responsible for buyers following the former address after it has been released. Usernames that copy other people’s trademarks, personal names or brands without the right to them are prohibited; the Platform may withdraw such a username upon a reasoned complaint.
Connecting the Seller’s own domain is free
Own domain. A domain connected by the Seller through DNS belongs to the Seller, who is responsible for its renewal, for keeping its DNS records and for the rights to it. The Platform shows the Seller’s website on such a domain and redirects onim.app/<username> to it while the domain points to the Platform. The Platform may disconnect the domain and suspend the redirect if the domain no longer points to the Platform, has expired or has passed to a third party, and in that case is not responsible for the content of the domain. The Seller is liable to buyers for the consequences of their domain expiring or being lost.
A domain purchased through the Platform (in the workspace where domain purchase is available). The Platform registers the domain in its own name with Cloudflare Registrar: the Platform is the registrant and administrator of the domain, and the registrant’s details in WHOIS are hidden. The Seller receives the right to use the domain for their website on the Platform for as long as renewal is paid and the Terms are complied with; payment in tokens covers registration and use, not a transfer of rights to the domain.
- Price. The registrar’s price plus the Platform’s service fee, in tokens; the registration and renewal price is shown before purchase. The Platform may change the renewal price if the registrar’s price changes, stating the new price before the debit.
- Renewal. The Platform sends a reminder 30 days in advance and debits tokens 7 days before the end of the paid period; not receiving the reminder does not release the Seller from the obligation to keep track of the period and the balance. When the paid period ends, the Seller’s right to use the domain ends. If renewal is not paid on time (there are not enough tokens on the debit date), the Platform turns off auto-renewal, and when the paid period ends the domain may expire and be lost; the Platform does not renew the domain at its own expense. After the balance is topped up, the Platform may resume renewal at the Seller’s request while the registrar allows it. Where the account is deleted or blocked, and for an inactive account, the Platform may turn off auto-renewal and disconnect the domain immediately.
- Refunds. Payment for a registered domain and for a completed renewal is not refundable. If the registrar refuses registration, the tokens are returned automatically.
- Transfer. On the Seller’s written request, the Platform transfers the domain to the Seller under the rules of the registrar and the registry, provided that at least 60 days have passed since registration, the paid period has not expired, there is no debt and no open complaints, and the registry does not restrict the transfer. The transfer fee is 1,000 tokens. The Platform completes its part of the transfer within 10 business days of the request (the processing times of the registrar and the registry are not included).
- Name and content. The Seller warrants that the domain name and the materials on it do not infringe the rights of third parties and do not mislead anyone about a connection with another person. The Platform may refuse to register a name and, upon a rights holder’s complaint, a demand from a registrar or an authority, or in case of fraud or prohibited content, may suspend, disconnect or withdraw the domain and refuse to transfer it, without refunding tokens and with the Seller reimbursing the costs.
The Seller turns on the “Hide Onim” mode only after entering full seller details, connecting their own domain and publishing an offer, refund terms and a policy. On such a website the Seller acts as the seller to the buyer and keeps these documents up to date. The Platform may turn off the mode at any time and show Onim again.
Apps and third-party services
Connecting apps in the Apps section of the workspace is free unless a price is shown on the app card before connection; such a price forms part of this list. Apps that work through third-party services (Meta, WhatsApp, payment services and others) are available under the rules of those services, subject to their availability and approval, and may be unavailable to some Sellers. A refusal, restriction or change of rules by a third-party service is not a breach by the Platform. The Seller pays the third-party suppliers they connect (a WhatsApp number and messages with the supplier and Meta, payment services and others) directly at their rates.
The blocking, restriction or deletion of the Seller’s bot, channel, number or account by third parties (Telegram, Meta, Kaspi, banks, registrars and others) under their rules is not a breach by the Platform: the commission on completed sales and spent tokens are not refunded, unspent tokens remain on the balance, and lost profit is not compensated. The Seller is responsible for making sure their products and the way they sell them comply with the rules of Telegram and Meta. The Platform may, but is not obliged to, temporarily route the Seller’s buyers through its own bot, and may decline to do so if the Seller’s bot or channel has been blocked for its content.
If the Seller has connected the “Meta Pixel” app, the Platform, on the Seller’s instructions, sends a purchase event to the Seller’s Meta ad account after a payment is confirmed. By connecting the “Meta Pixel” app or any other advertising or analytics integration, the Seller acts as the operator of the personal data transferred, and the Platform processes it on the Seller’s instructions to the extent described in the Privacy Policy. Before connecting, the Seller discloses the integration in their own policy, obtains buyers’ consent where the law requires it and accepts Meta’s terms. The Platform is not responsible for how Meta and the Seller use this data; the Seller settles claims about a connected integration and reimburses the Platform’s confirmed costs. The Platform may suspend sending events upon a complaint or a request from an authorised body.
Marketplace of templates and specialists
The Platform provides the venue, accounting of settlements in tokens, reservation of the customer’s tokens until acceptance, and dispute resolution. The Platform does not pass the customer’s money to the provider: the customer pays for the order in Platform tokens, and the Platform credits the provider with remuneration in earned tokens equal to the order price minus the Platform commission. The contract for a template or service is concluded between the provider and the customer; the Platform is not the performer, the seller of the template or a guarantor of the result. Settlements on the marketplace are made in tokens only, and the parties’ contact details stay hidden until the order is paid. The price is set by the provider: paid offers range from 100 to 10,000,000 tokens, and a template may be free. The order of offers on the shelf follows one rule for everyone, based on buyer ratings and the number of sales; the ranking rule may be changed by a new version of this page.
Platform commission: 20% of the order price; the provider’s remuneration equals the order price minus the commission
- Payment and acceptance. A template is paid for at purchase. When a service is ordered, the customer’s tokens are reserved until the work is accepted. If within 3 calendar days of the work being marked as delivered in the workspace the customer has neither accepted it nor opened a dispute, the order is deemed accepted automatically. The order is subject to the commission rate in force on the date it was paid.
- Disputes. Disputes are reviewed by Platform support based on materials inside the Platform (the correspondence and the delivered result), and support may request materials from the parties. The decision of support is final within the Platform; the parties may resolve the dispute in court. The Platform’s liability for an order is limited to the order amount in tokens, except in cases of intentional breach and cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
- Rights to materials. The provider warrants that they hold the rights to the template and all its materials and that the service is lawful. A purchased template is for the customer’s own use; reselling copies is prohibited. Support may refund payment for a template if it does not match its description or upon a confirmed legal claim, reversing the provider’s earnings. Rights to the result of a service are determined by the order; unless the order states otherwise, the customer may use the result for their business. The provider is liable to the customer and third parties and reimburses the Platform’s confirmed costs arising from their claims.
- Abuse. Paying for an order outside the Platform is prohibited: the Platform may warn the provider and, if it happens again, remove them from the storefront. The Platform may determine the amount earned based on the actual paid cost of the tokens used for the order, prohibit paying for orders with bonus tokens, and cancel or reduce the provider’s earnings (including into a negative balance) if the customer’s token purchase is refunded or disputed, or if there are signs of collusion, fictitious orders or money laundering. The Platform may hide an offer, remove a provider from the shelf, and lower or recalculate a rating in case of manipulation, complaints or violations.
- Earnings. Tokens earned on the marketplace are spent only on Platform services inside Onim (AI features, domains, marketplace orders) and cannot be withdrawn as money.
The marketplace commission rate changes only through a new version of this page.
Partner programme
A participant who invites a new seller with their link onim.app/r/<username> or code receives remuneration: 50% of the Platform commission on the invited seller’s sales in the my.onim.app workspace for 12 months from the date of linking. For card payments through the Platform’s acquiring, this is 50% of the part of the commission equal to the standard rate, that is, 50% of 2% of the sale amount. Remuneration is credited in tokens.
The Platform may change or end the programme in the same way as this page is changed. New terms apply to the commission on sales paid after the new version enters into force, and remuneration accrued earlier is not reduced except in the cases set out in this section.
- Linking. The programme has one level: remuneration is paid only for a directly invited seller. It is not an investment and not income for recruiting participants. Only an account no older than 7 days and with no paid sales can be linked; the first person to invite counts, and the link is not changed later. Self-invitation and mutual invitation are prohibited, and the Platform may remove a link in case of abuse. If the email, phone number, Telegram account or IIN/BIN of the participant and the seller match, this counts as inviting oneself. A link created in breach of these rules gives no right to remuneration, and the Platform is not obliged to restore it retroactively.
- Base. Remuneration is accrued only on the sales commission; it is not accrued on token purchases, the marketplace commission or other payments. It is reduced on a refund, chargeback or cancellation of a sale and when the paid mark is removed. The seller’s commission does not change because of the programme.
- Pending remuneration. Remuneration on commission that the Platform has not received yet (not paid by the seller against an invoice or not withheld by the provider) is pending. It cannot be withdrawn or spent until the seller pays that commission, and it is cancelled if the commission is not received or is returned, or if the sale turns out to be fictitious.
- Holding period. Remuneration becomes available for withdrawal no earlier than 30 calendar days after the Platform receives the commission on which it was accrued (see the “Holding period” item in “Payouts of earnings”).
- Participant conduct. A participant is not a representative or agent of the Platform and may not make statements or promises on behalf of Onim, promise terms different from the published ones, send messages without the recipients’ consent, or use the Onim trademark in paid advertising without the Platform’s consent. In case of a breach, the Platform may remove the link and cancel the remuneration.
A Seller’s referral programme for their own customers and bloggers in the Telegram workspace is the Seller’s own programme: the Seller sets the terms, pays the remuneration from their own funds and pays the taxes on these payouts. The Platform only keeps the records, does not accept or hold money under it and is not liable for non-payment; it may hide the balance or turn off the tool for a Seller who does not pay out.
Payouts of earnings
Only partner programme remuneration can be withdrawn as money; marketplace earnings are spent only inside Onim. The Platform makes payouts from its own funds as remuneration under its own rules, not as a transfer of money from one user to another.
Withdrawals from 10,000 tokens; a 5% deduction from the requested amount covers the bank costs of the transfer
- Holding period. Remuneration becomes available for withdrawal no earlier than 30 calendar days after the Platform receives the commission on which it was accrued. The Platform may extend the holding period in case of a dispute, refund, chargeback or suspected abuse.
- Recipients and methods. Payouts are made to participants who have passed the Platform’s verification, after a manual check and confirmation of the request. Residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered as a sole proprietor or LLP are paid in tenge at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the date the request is confirmed, to the current account of the sole proprietor or LLP at a bank in Kazakhstan. Participants from other countries are paid in US dollars by a method agreed with them.
- Amount and timing. The amount payable is calculated at 1 token = USD 0.01, minus the 5% deduction. The Platform reviews a request within 5 business days (extended while documents are being requested) and transfers the payout within 10 business days of confirming the request. The Platform does not control the fees that the recipient’s bank and intermediary banks charge at their own rates.
- Payment details and documents. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of their payment details, and a payout to the details they provided is deemed made. Changing payment details requires a new check and may delay the payout. The Platform may request documents (a contract, a certificate of completed work, an invoice from the sole proprietor or LLP) and may withhold the payout without them.
- Withholding and set-off. The Platform may suspend a payout during a check and until claims are settled, and may set off against amounts payable any debt from refunds and chargebacks, provider penalties, a negative token balance, unpaid commission and the Platform’s confirmed costs arising from claims about the participant’s content. If remuneration is reversed after it has been paid out, the participant owes a debt, which the Platform may set off against future accruals and may ask to be repaid. The Platform may request information to identify the recipient and to check the origin of accruals, and may refuse a payout if the recipient has not passed the check, has provided false documents or is subject to sanctions, if the transaction shows the signs listed in anti-money laundering law, or if the accrual was obtained in breach of the rules.
- Balance below the threshold. Earnings below the withdrawal threshold are not paid out in money and remain available to pay for Platform services, including when the account is closed or the programme ends.
- Taxes. Taxes on remuneration received are calculated and paid by the recipient, including under the law of their own country. The Platform withholds tax at source only where the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan expressly requires it.
Sellers’ products
Through the Platform, Sellers sell subscriptions to private channels, online courses, guides, reviews and mentoring, digital and physical goods, and services with booking. Sellers set the prices of their products themselves. The seller and the party to the contract with the buyer is the Seller. The Platform is an information intermediary and is not the seller, the performer or a payment agent for buyers’ payments for Sellers’ products. Refunds for Sellers’ products are described on the “Refund terms” page.
Buyers address claims about quality, delivery, performance and refunds to the Seller; the Platform shows the Seller’s details as the seller on the payment page if the Seller has entered them. The refund period and procedure are determined by the consumer protection law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and by the Seller’s terms to the extent they do not contradict the law. The refund button in the bot and how long it is shown are a technical setting of the Seller and do not shorten the periods that the law gives the buyer. Rights to the Seller’s content remain with the Seller. Complaints from rights holders are accepted at support@onim.app stating the item, the rights and a link, and the Platform may temporarily hide the material and ask the Seller to respond.
The owner of the Platform and persons related to the owner may sell their own products on the Platform as ordinary Sellers, on the general terms. A separate seller offer with their details applies to them, and money for such products is not revenue of the Platform. The order in the catalog and on the marketplace is determined by the same rules for all sellers.
Price changes and how they apply
Where figures in the Platform’s documents differ, this page applies in the version in force on the date of the transaction. The Platform may change prices and rates. A new version is published on onim.app with an effective date no earlier than 7 calendar days after publication, and the Platform may additionally notify Sellers through the workspace, @onimappbot or email. Continuing to use the Platform after a version enters into force means agreeing to it; a Seller who does not agree may stop using the Platform. Previous versions are available from the Platform on request.
Changes that do not worsen the position of Sellers (lower prices, new free services), as well as changes expressly required by law, a registrar or a payment provider, may enter into force on the date of publication; the Platform may give additional notice of them.
The Platform may transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms to a successor, including the owner’s legal entity, giving notice in the same way as the Terms are changed at least 7 calendar days before the transfer. A Seller who does not agree with the transfer may withdraw from the contract before that date; continuing to use the Platform after that date means the Seller agrees to the transfer, including the transfer of the Platform’s obligations. If the Platform or a particular service shuts down, the Platform notifies Sellers in advance and gives them the opportunity to export customer data and content and to transfer purchased domains on the terms of the “Storefront address and domains” section. Unused purchased tokens are dealt with under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The terms of this page do not limit the rights that the consumer protection law of the Republic of Kazakhstan gives to an individual who buys Platform services for personal needs unrelated to business; a term that contradicts such rights does not apply to that extent. If a particular term is invalid, the other terms of this page and of the Terms remain valid.
Governing law and disputes
This page applies to Users from any country. Relations under this page are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and by the sections “Limitation of liability” and “Governing law” of the Terms. A party sends a claim about Platform services to support@onim.app with a description of the claim and supporting documents. Disputes not settled through negotiation are heard by the court at the location of AlmaStars Group. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory consumer law, including the right to go to the court with jurisdiction over consumer cases established by law and to the authorised body.
